The work involves independent responsibility for making recommendations, decisions and judgments in the areas of accounting, budgeting and fiscal management as it relates to the operations of the NERIC division. The work is performed under the general supervision of a NERIC/BOCES administrator with considerable leeway permitted. All functions are performed in accordance with the policies and practices established by the Capital Region BOCES Business Office and Director of Business Operations (BOCES).
