Job Description

LOCATION:                          Special Education – Airline Drive Academy 

SCHEDULE:                        July 6, 2026 – August 14, 2026

BASIC FUNCTION:  
Remediation of speech and language disorders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Individual and group speech/language therapy in consultation with the Special Education classroom teacher.  

Job Qualifications

1. NYS certification as a Teacher of Speech & Hearing Handicapped; and
2. NYS license as a Speech/Language Pathologist preferred.

The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.
