Job Description

LOCATION:                          Career & Technical Education – Adult Education Program

BASIC FUNCTION:

To provide instructional, supervisory and leadership during the search for a Program Manager under the direction of the Assistant District Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction or their designee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide leadership and support to the Adult Education division during the transition time necessary for a Program Manager search.

Job Qualifications

1. Must have a valid SBL, SDA or SDL certificate.
2. Proven building level leadership preferred
3. Ability to facilitate a successful building leadership team
4. A leader who collaborates and builds consensus with administration, staff, students and parents.
5. An excellent communicator with good listening skills, who is willing to receive feedback constructively and with respect.

The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.
