Basic Function:
Capital Region BOCES is seeking eligible candidates willing to be included in a pool of experienced school leaders willing to lead districts during the transition phase. Candidates must have a track record of achievement necessary to inspire the students, staff and community to meet district goals.
Responsibilities:
To lead a District during the transition time necessary for a Superintendent search.
A. Must hold a valid School District Leader certification B. Proven track record as an educational leader C. Established student achievements D. Overall experience as an operational leader E. Exemplary communication skills
The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.
